As a J-1 exchange visitor you must inform us, your visa sponsor, promptly of any serious problems, incidents or accidents relating to your entire stay in the U.S. This includes but is not limited to serious accidents, hospitalizations, arrests, natural disaster evacuations, arrest or involvement with police, harassment or abuse, litigation, and any other serious issues.
